Wow, what a hot week last week was, I hope everyone is surviving okay! Since my last message, we have had an additional donations of produce, which puts us at about 35 lbs. donated so far.
07/15 — 15 lbs. to Trinity – Squash, Beets, Arugula, Kale, Beans, Peas!
Just wanted to drop everyone a note that Carol will make a pickup tomorrow (Wednesday) around 6:30PM or so. As last time, there are some things that are ready for harvest. If you have an opportunity to come out to pick some vegetables that would be greatly appreciated.

Hope everyone had a wonderful July 4th. I wanted to check in since the last time. We have had 2 additional donations of produce, which puts us at about 20 lbs. donated so far.
6/25 — 5 lbs to New Bethany – Radishes and Turnip Greens.
6/27 — 5 lbs to Trinity – Arugula, Turnip Greens and more radishes.
The gardens are looking great. Everything is looking very healthy and big! I was up on Saturday to finish the waterline pit, and was able to water everything. Although it’s been hot and humid, I expected to see some things dried out, but it was the opposite nothing looked dry or deprived of water and everything looked to be in good health. I see some small tomatoes on a lot of plants so things are definitely looking good.
I just wanted to give the heads up that Jaimee and I are going to be away this week. There’s a possibility that a donation could still be done this week if Carol is able. If that’s the case, pickup would be Wednesday evening, and it would best to check with Rich to see if that’s happening or not.
As promised, here are some recent pictures!!!
Talk to everyone soon,
