Hello Gardeners,
We are seeing our first tomatoes and the harvest is looking good so far! Since the last time I’ve posted, we have had two donations.
07/25 — 15 lbs. to Trinity – Squash, Beets, Arugula, Kale, Beans, Peas!
08/01 — 100 lbs. to New Bethany – More Squash, Beets, Kale, Corn, Tomatoes, Peppers!
On August 1st, about 5 of us were at the garden picking corn and other veggies. Thanks to everyone who was able to make it out! This was our first corn harvest. We waited too long on the first couple of rows of corn, but our harvest was still plentiful, with two full boxes of corn and a box of squash as well as a box of tomatoes, and another with kale, beets, peas, etc. We have so many tomatoes that will be ready in the coming days. Please visit your garden and remember that your garden needs you right now!! Don’t let your harvest over ripen or spoil. If you can’t make it out on a harvest night, let us know so someone can include it in our donation.
Over the last few weeks, I have been trimming the garden, Jaimee was able to mow most of the area, but keeping up with the lawn and maintenance of the garden is always on going. We need your help! If you can spare some time to help clean up the garden, please let me know.
Here are some pictures to enjoy!

Thanks,
Jason & Jaimee
